• •Official Registration (by March 31, 2026 @ 11:59PM PST): Standard registration fee of ₩540,000 applies (no additional charges)
• •Late Registration (April 1-15, 2026): Additional ₩110,000 fee applies (Missionary & Shepherd Conference total registration fee: ₩650,000)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following cancellation penalties apply based on the date of cancellation (event begins May 16, 2026):

  Cancel by April 15 (31+ days before event): Full refund
• •Cancel April 16-25 (21-30 days before event): 20% cancellation penalty
• •Cancel April 26-May 5 (11-20 days before event): 40% cancellation penalty
• •Cancel May 6-15 (1-10 days before event): 60% cancellation penalty
• •Cancel May 16 (day of event) or no-show: 100% cancellation penalty (no refund)

Card Refund Processing

• •Card refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of card payment
• •Additional processing time may be required depending on your card company's policies
