Lecture Introduction
This session proposes strategies and shares experiences, wisdom, and insights on how to help the next generation (our children/second generation) develop personal faith in Jesus, grow as disciples, become co-workers in ministry, and emerge as future leaders and successors of the work.

1. The Importance of Next Generation Ministry
1) The biblical meaning and value of faith education for our children
2) How to view the next generation - as mission targets and disciple candidates
3) Current status, role, and position within church/ministry: Many in UBF are children of shepherds/missionaries
4) The impact of discipling and raising the next generation as co-workers
5) Next generation ministry as the future of UBF
2. Challenges in Next Generation Ministry
1) The unique position and difficulties the next generation faces
2) Differences and conflicts between the first and next generations
3) Balancing campus disciple-making and child disciple-making
4) Challenges in providing programs and environments for children and youth
3. Proposals (Strategies) for Next Generation Ministry
1) The need for a deep change in awareness and a paradigm shift
2) Support strategies by area - the necessity of full investment (next generation mission and discipleship do not happen automatically)

- At the UBF-wide ministry level

4) Methods for developing future leaders
